Java for Linux
Run Java application on Sun Java(tm) runtime, packaged for Eclipse use.
This package includes a Java(tm) runtime with some redistributable components from Sun's Java Development Kit, like the compiler tools ("tools.jar")
We include Sun's Java so you can use EasyEclipse reliably with no additional software to install. Despite it is not open source, its redistribution is allowed. This arrangement offers a stable and tested environment.
In the future, we may also provide open source Java environments as soon as they support all the plugins shipped with EasyEclipse.
